As an NCR and Techniflex partner, McM's staff evaluates all hardware problems and dispatches a service technician through an on-line system as needed. This service means that one call to one vendor provides assurance that the service call is tracked and completed.

To make sure that we maintain our expected level of service, McM provides a complete customer list with contact names and phone numbers for all prospective customer banks. We urge them to call each and every customer!
