McCoy Myers provides yearly program updates called New Versions so that all of our customer banks receive the newest updates and everyone stays on the same file versions. This allows us to give you improved support and also keeps your bank from having to purchase new releases in order to stay current with banking regulations.
Our customer support department is dedicated to providing fast and accurate answers to your questions. They are not only available for questions on all functions during the day, but emergency "night phone" support is available until 10 p.m. to help you process your bank should you require assistance. The customer support department strives for 20-minute response times and has support representatives in several locations to better serve your needs.
