As you know, First National Bank of Holland has been with McCoy Myers & Associates for well over ten years. During this time, we have been extremely satisfied with the system as well as the continuous support that we receive from the McCoy Myers personnel.
Just this past May, we upgraded our entire system to include the 7780 proof machine. This system has cut down our daily work by at least an hour and a half. Our statement processing time has been reduced by at least two and a half hours per cycle. Not only that, we have been able to deal with our customers in a more timely and efficient manner.
The users meetings have been informative and well run. Our personnel have gained more knowledge about the system and its capabilities at these workshops. The users meeting in May was one of the best.
