Meridian Feature: Credit Tracking

The Credit Tracking system was designed to assist your loan department in tracking and collecting the various documents and information required to maintain your credit files. A credit tracking letter writer feature allows you to produce up to three different letters or notices to remind your customers of upcoming or past due credit documents.

Several banks have even adapted the use of the credit tracking system to monitor non-credit related items, such as Safe Deposit Box Cards, Signature Cards, Charged Off DDA accounts, Authorized Signers, etc.

  • Allows you to define different classes for each type of document that you wish to track
  • Allows you to customize and generate up to three different reminder/collection letters or notices for each class
  • Allows you to process letters for multiple or individual classes
  • Allows you to view the items that are being tracked for each customer whenever you pull up the customer's account
  • Allows you to notice past due credit tracking on customers because the system highlights the credit tracking button on past due customers
  • Allows you to generate reports by officer or by credit tracking class
  • Allows you to produce coming due reports and/or past due reports
  • Allows you to generate reports by branches
  • Allows you to define up to give user-defined information fields for each class
