Meridian Feature: Safe Deposit Boxes
The Safe Deposit Box System is a comprehensive, yet simple tool for the management of your bank's safe deposit boxes. The system produces rental notices, auto charge notices, and past due notices for all of your safe deposit box needs.
Features:
- You may define up to 26 different classes (sizes) of boxes
- Each class may have a description (box dimensions) and a rate
- Allows for boxes to be paid in person or by auto-deduction from checking or savings
- Fully integrated to G/L for auto-charge payments, thus no need to make G/L tickets
- If your bank has branches and the branches have duplicate box numbers, an alpha prefix may be used to differentiate between branches.
Reports:
- You may print notices monthly, semi-annually, or annually.
- Produces safe deposit box past due notices.
- Produces box rental and box auto charge notices.
- Produces safe deposit box past due report.
