Meridian Feature: Retirement Accounts
The Retirement Accounts feature of Meridian is built into the same application as regular certificates of deposit. The same input and maintenance screens are used for both, eliminating the need to learn separate systems. Specific transaction codes make opening and maintaining retirement accounts relatively effortless. The system allows you to disburse retirement funds automatically from an individual's retirement account, and end of year reporting requirements are built into the system.

- Support for IRAs, SEPs, KEOUGHs, and Roth and Education IRAs
- Automatic disbursement of retirement funds - interest only or fixed amounts
- Supports payment schedules of monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually
- Disbursements can be paid by check, or deposited into a checking or savings account
- Allows review of all end of year information prior to sending out end of year forms
