Balancing Class
This class is designed for the person(s) in your bank responsible for balancing on a daily basis. We have made balancing so easy with balancing parameters that many of us have forgotten how to manually balance. When something shows up as out of balance, we know of a few things to check, but if we don't find it quickly and easily, we just don't find it.
If you have employees in your bank who need a review or are new to balancing, sign them up for this class. We will go over how to balance to G/L as well as how to balance the computer to itself. In addition, we will learn where all those Auto G/L figures come from, how to change them, and how to fix them when they aren't quite right.
