Customer Support:
Customer support is top priority with McM. Our customer support department is also one of our greatest assets. The majority of McM’s staff has come directly from the banking industry. We are bankers supporting bankers. Whether you have application issues, product issues, hardware issues, or just banking questions, the McM support staff is trained and directed to respond to customer service calls within 20 minutes. As an NCR partner, McM’s staff evaluates all hardware problems and dispatches an NCR service technician through an online system. This service means that one call to one vendor provides assurance that the service call is tracked and completed. To make sure that we maintain our expected level of service, McM provides a complete customer list with contact names and phone numbers. We urge you to call each and every customer!
Software Applications:
When we talk about “our” software, we really mean it. McM designs, installs, supports, and owns every piece of software that we distribute. This ensures proper understanding of and accountability for the delivered products. With annual enhancements at no additional charge, McM guarantees our customers the latest in software requirements and the ability to compete while improving their bottom lines. This is key for community banks in the future. By establishing a committee called the User Advisory Council, McM is able to gain insight to our customers’ needs on a regular basis. These needs or requests are implemented into the system annually by recommendation of the User Advisory Council. If a change is requested and not voted upon by the council, a customer may elect to have it custom-programmed into the system.
